Mr. Kollitides has over 23 years of experience in acquisitions, strategy, operations and finance and is an experienced leader with proven results. He is responsible for underwriting and investing billions of dollars of primary and secondary debt and equity investments in dozens of companies with revenues of less than $50M to over a $1.0B and has played a significant role as the Principal, CEO/President, or Chairman/Lead Director in numerous investment situations. He has served on a significant number public and private company and non-profit boards.
Mr. Kollitides is currently the Senior Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Aegis Capital Advisors, LLC, a merchant bank, which acquires and operates middle market companies. In addition to his roles with Aegis and Force 12 Media, he is also Chairman of the Board of Tier 1 Group, the Lead Director for adMarketplace, a Senior Advisor to Novo Precision and a Senior Advisor to the Remington Outdoor Co. (“Remington”) and Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. (“Cerberus”).

Mr. Kollitides received an MBA in Finance and Management of Organizations from Columbia Business School in 1998 and a BA in Economics with a Minor in Government and Law from Lafayette College in 1991.

Frank Farrell is a founding partner of Bentley & Farrell. As a longtime executive recruiter, Frank started his business career in retail, working with Ralf Shockey & Associates, a preeminent retail/merchandising firm. From there he worked at Time Inc., where he headed up special ventures in the Books Division.

He joined Heidrick & Struggles in 1971, where he became the #1 producer for the firm for 8 years and was a co-founder of the New York office. He left to start his own boutique recruiting firm, Farrell & Phin, which he ran with great success for nearly 20 years. Following these ventures, he became President of Nordeman Grimm. A former Marine, Farrell graduated from NYU. He and his wife Kelly live in Wilton, CT and Cape Cod, MA and have three grown children. He is actively involved with Habitat for Humanity.

Brandon Webb is a former Navy SEAL with combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. He finished his last tour as the head sniper instructor at the Naval Special Warfare Center, a course that graduated some of the best snipers in the world. Brandon studied at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where he obtained his FAA instrument pilot rating. After leaving the navy and finding a passion for writing he saw an opportunity to build a network of digital properties containing authentic content, today this has grown into Force12 Media, a veteran-owned digital media company. Brandon is a New York Times bestselling author, and is regularly featured as a military expert on CNN, FOX, ABC news, the BBC and more. He. enjoys the outdoors, flying his Yak 52 upside down and spending time with his amazing kids.

Jack Murphy

Jack Murphy served eight years in two Army Special Operations units, the 75th Ranger Regiment and 5th Special Forces Group, as an Anti-Tank gunner, Sniper, Team Leader, and the Senior Weapons Sergeant on a Special Forces ODA. After completing three combat deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq, he left the Army to attend Columbia university. Jack has a BA in Political Science from Columbia, co-founded SOFREP.com and has reported on the ground for SOFREP from Switzerland, Iraq, and Syria.

Brent Burns is a Canadian professional ice hockey player, currently playing for the San Jose Sharks of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was originally drafted by the Minnesota Wild in 2003. Burns was named the best defenceman at the 2008 World Championships as he helped Canada to a silver medal.

In July 2009, Burns married his longtime girlfriend, Susan Holder. The couple welcomed their first child, a seven-pound, 11-ounce girl named Peyton Gabriann, on March 31, 2010. On June 23, 2011, the couple welcomed their second child, a son named Jagger Stephen Patrick.

Brent is a huge supporter of all things military, and a regular listener to Force12 Media’s SOFREP radio channel where’s he’s also appeared a guest of the show.
